It takes about ten to fifteen minutes and feels like a series of quick, sharp pinches. Most women find it very manageable, and it gets easier every time as you get used to it.

How Often Should You Go?

Every two to four weeks keeps a shape looking sharp. If your hair grows quickly, closer to two. If it is finer or slower, three to four is plenty.

The most useful thing you can do between visits is leave your brows alone. Tweezing at home is how good shapes get lost, because it is very hard to stay symmetrical looking at your own face in a mirror. Let the regrowth come in and let your therapist take it off in one clean line.

Worth Adding a Tint

If your brows are fair, sparse at the ends, or you are tired of filling them in every morning, a tint makes a bigger difference than most women expect. It darkens the hair and picks up the tiny fine hairs around the shape, so your brows look fuller and more defined without any makeup. After Your Appointment

Skip heavy makeup on the brow area for the rest of the day, and avoid the sauna, steam, or a hot workout for a few hours. If you get any redness it usually settles within an hour. Keep the area clean and leave it alone.
